This resort is a fantastic family destination with plenty of amazing facilities. The water park and pools are top-notch, and we had a blast using them. The dining experience at the onsite cafe was delightful, offering a great variety of options. However, there was a minor incident with a staff member that dampened our spirits briefly. Overall, it was a wonderful stay that we wished could have lasted longer.
